1. What is the Direct Selling Concept?

   Direct selling is a way of distribution of goods and services at a relatively cheaper price to the consumer by eliminating the middlemen cost and commissions. It is marketing and selling of products direct to consumers.
2. What is your Plan?

   Lifeis DSA Hybrid Compensation Plan, which is a unique combination of Binary and Unilevel (Generation)
3. What does Binary mean?

   Binary means not more than 2 people are placed below you.
4. What is a Lifeis Business Owner or LBO?

   All the people who are members of our company are termed a Lifeis Business Owners or LBOs.
5. How much do I need to invest to become a LBO?

   You can become a LBO by purchasing a starter kit at just Rs. 444/- inclusive of all taxes.
6. What do I do next after registration and becoming a LBO?

   The business development kit that you ordered will help you on our business plan and also guide you on how to start earning.
7. How do I start receiving commission?

   As soon as Sales start happening in your downline and you meet your qualification criteria you start receiving your commission.
8. How do I become qualified /What is the qualification criteria to receive commission?

   You become qualified by purchasing product(s) worth at least 1,000 CV in a 4-week cycle. E.g. if you purchase a product in Week 1, then you remain qualified to receive commissions from Week 1 to Week 4. To receive commissions and be qualified in Week 5, you must order a product worth 1,000 CV for the week's cycle after which you become qualified for four weeks again.
9. Is there any mandatory product purchase requirement?

   Product purchases are not mandatory, but they are required to keep you qualified and to receive your commissions. We have a wide range of high quality consumer goods to choose from to encourage retail.
10. What is CV?

    CV means the Commissionable Value and every product has a fixed CV value attached to it.
11. What is PV?

    PV is Personal Volume which is the amount of CV accumulated from a Rep's personal purchases. It also includes the CV from the purchases of the Rep's personally sponsored Customers.
12. What is Binary Downline?

    Binary Downline are all the LBO's who are in your Left or Right Leg.
13. Who are my Directs?

    All people personally sponsored by you are your Directs (also called your Generation One).
14. What is a Generation Downline?

    All Directs are your Generation One. All Directs of your Generation One are your Generation Two. All Directs of your Generation Two are your Generation Three and so on so forth.
15. What is Weekly Binary GV?

    The total CV generated per week in each of your two legs (Left or Right leg).
16. What is Weekly Unilevel GV?

    The total CV generated per week in your entire generation (Directs) tree.
17. How do I earn on my Generations?

    You receive 10 to 25% bonus on the Binary commissions earned by your Generations (Generation One to Generation Seven). Percentage of bonus is dependent on your qualification rank for that week.
18. What are qualification ranks?

    You have to meet certain criteria set and defined by the company to achieve a particular rank. This is calculated weekly and you will be paid according to your achieved rank for the week. Qualification criteria for ranks are presented in the table below:

    
    

    
19. What are the Earning Caps?

    Earnings caps are defined to protect the interests of 'Your Company' and sustain operations at healthy levels, which is in interest of all our Business Owners.

    Yes, earning caps vary according to rank. Highest earning that can be achieved by topmost rank is Rs. 25 Lakhs per week. Overall Earning Cap for each rank are included in the table above.
21. How do I start making money and how much can I earn?

    You can earn through Nine different ways. You can earn a maximum of Rs. 2.5 Lakhs per week in Binary bonus. Overall, you can earn upto Rs. 25 Lakhs per week including Fast Start Bonus, Binary/Ream Bonus and Unilevel Matching Bonus.
22. How do I motivate people?

    We regularly conduct weekly and monthly meetings/ trainings/ seminars, which you should attend. Also, you should ensure that your existing downline and new prospects attend these meetings.
23. How do I train people and create aspirations?

    Our Business Development Kit contains training material on our business opportunity and material for training other people. Also, we will be providing additional training and motivational materials and also hold regular team meetings to help you achieve this purpose.
24. How do I convert people who are not aware about Direct Selling Concept?

    You can get them interested by briefing them about the opportunity according to the way that we train you through the Business Development Kit and in our Training programs. Best way to brief them a little and bring them to Business Opportunity Presentation, wherein our trained and certified team will guide and help you.
25. What is the ultimate potential if I work full time on this business?

    It is unlimited, but along with hard work, you would also need smart work.
26. What is the maximum I can earn?

    Maximum cap on One Business Centre is Rs. 25 Lakhs. But, potential is much higher as we give you a Free Tree on achieving this cap. You are able to grow your earnings by earning additional bonus from this Free Tree (Free Business Centre).
27. What is power leg?

    The binary leg (Left or Right) which has higher sales volume is called your power leg.
28. What is profit (weak) leg?

    The binary leg (Left or Right), which has lower sales volume, is called your profit leg. This is also called your weak leg. Binary bonus is calculated on the volume accumulated in your profit leg.
29. What is Fast Start Bonus Income?

    You receive a commission of 10% on the first product purchase done by your sponsored Directs (limited to a max. of Rs. 100 per new LBO). For e.g. If you sponsor someone, who purchases a product worth 1,000 CV, you receive Fast Start Bonus of 1,000 (CV) * 10% = Rs. 100. This bonus is paid for an unlimited number of people/ LBO you introduce in the system to reward your direct efforts.
30. What is Binary Income/Bonus?

    Binary Income/ Bonus is calculated as 10% of Profit Leg Volume (CV). So, say you have sales worth 10,000 CV in your Left leg and sales worth 12,000 CV in your right leg, then profit leg volume is 10,000 CV and thus, binary income/ bonus is 10,000 (CV) * 10% = Rs. 1,000. 31. What is Unilevel Matching Bonus?

    Unilevel Matching Bonus is the percentage commission (from 10% to 25%) that you receive on the binary commission earned by your Generation One till Generation Seven. This depends on your Qualification Rank and Generation level of LBO in your downline. For more details refer to compensation plan.
32. What is Free Tree Bonus?

    As soon as you achieve a Binary cap of Rs. 2.5 Lakhs for two weeks in the last four weeks, you earn an additional Business centre, above your original ID. For more details refer to compensation plan.
33. How does Free Tree benefit me?

    You get the immediate advantage of your power leg and start earning Binary commissions, as soon as you start building the profit leg of your Free tree/ Business Centre.
34. Do I earn Unilevel Matching Bonus on my Free tree?

    Yes, that's the best part of free tree. Your original ID is the Direct sponsor of your Free Tree, so you get Unilevel Matching Bonus on whatever earning you make in Free tree via Binary bonus.
35. Do I have to buy products to maintain my Free Tree?

    No, this tree is provided to you completely Free and you don't have to do any purchase for qualification here. This Free Tree would have the same qualification and Rank as your original business centre.
36. What is Leader's Bonus Pool?

    1.5% of all CV each week is distributed to leaders who qualify for Top Three ranks i.e. Diamond, Platinum and Palladium, weighted by their Generation Tree volumes. This is to incentivize and motivate our top achieving leaders. For more details, refer to compensation plan.

    What is Producer's Bonus Pool?

    1% of all CV generated by all Lifeis Business Owner's (LBOs) during a 13 week period (quarter) is distributed to Top 10 new volume producers, weighted by their accumulated new volume in the period. "New volume" is the volume from the first product purchase of all your personally sponsored people/ LBOs. It also includes your personal volume (PV), produced by your personal purchases and sale to your customers.
37. What is Retailer Bonus?

    Whenever Business Owners introduce a customer, they pocket the difference between distributor price and Customer price.
38. What is Star retailer bonus?

    Additional discounts are given on distributor prices to LBOs who achieve higher sales volumes, depending on total amount of sales done by them. For more details, refer to compensation plan.
39. What are Contest and Promotions?

    These are time bound and season specific schemes that company introduces from time to time to provide additional rewards and incentives to its customers and motivate them.
